Google Account.

Google Sheets file in your private Google Drive and to copy the shared Budget_Master template.
- Information provided during the sign-up process is not stored on our servers, and we do not have access to it.
- We do not store any physical or electronic copy of any portion of your data from the sign-up or sign-in process.
- Information passed from the Website during use of the Journal application is sent via the
Google Sheets API directly to your own Budget Google Sheets file and is not visible to anyone but you or persons you authorize to view your Google Drive account.
2.2 Non-Personal Information
- We may collect non-personal information, including but not limited to, your browser type, device information, IP address, and usage data.
- This information helps us improve the Website's functionality and user experience.
2.3 Cookies and Tracking Technologies

2.4 Google User Data We Access
- Your Google profile photo (from the People API /
userinfo.profile) is used only to display your signed-in status in the app.
- Google Drive file metadata for the shared
Budget_Master template and your Budget spreadsheet (file id, name, and webViewLink) is accessed to locate and open those files.
- Google Sheets data in your
Budget spreadsheet is read and written to populate drop-downs and append your journal entries.
- We do not access Gmail, contacts, calendar data, or any other Google services beyond the
drive.file, drive.readonly, and userinfo.profile scopes.
3. How We Use Your Information
3.1 Personal Information
- When successfully signed-in to the Website, the Website uses your
Google Account profile image displayed in the upper right corner of the site to indicate that you are logged in.
- If you provide us with any personal information externally of the Website, we may use it to respond to your inquiries, provide support, or communicate with you regarding updates or services related to the Website.
3.2 Non-Personal Information
- We may use non-personal information to analyze trends, administer the Website, track user movements, and gather demographic information.
- This information helps us improve the Website and provide a better user experience.
4. Sharing Your Information
- We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to outside parties unless we provide users with advance notice.

Google Account Sign In solely to authenticate the user and authorize the Website to access the Budget Google Sheets file it creates in your Drive and the shared template it copies, and stores no personally identifiable information (PII).
- Google user data retention: The Website does not store, cache, or retain Google user data on our servers. The only Google user data accessed is your profile photo, Google Drive file metadata for the shared template and the Budget file, and the Google Sheets data you enter.
- Any and all data transmitted during use the Website is stored exclusively in your own personal Budget
Google Sheets file residing on your own personal Google Drive.
- At no time does the Website log, collect, store, or retain any data in databases, on servers, or in logs, nor any medium or location other than the Budget
Google Sheets file secured and authorized by your Google Account and a temporary session cookie with required data to support functionality of the Website.
- The Website stores a temporary browser session entry that contains your profile photo URL for display purposes; it is cleared when you sign out or close your browser session.
- Google user data deletion: You can delete your Google user data at any time by deleting the Budget file from Google Drive or by removing rows in that spreadsheet. You can also revoke the Website's access to your Google Account, which prevents any further access to Google user data.
- At any time, you can sign-out to discontinue use of the Website and no further data will be sent to your private Budget
Google Sheets file.
- At any time, you can delete your Budget
Google Sheets file from your private Google Drive location, although you may choose to retain your private Budget Google Sheets file to archive or actively use in any manner you see fit.
- You can revoke the Website's access to your Google Account at any time via your Google Account settings under Security > Third-party access.

- Our Website may contain links to third-party websites.
- We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of these sites.

8. Children's Privacy
- Our Website is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
